Creating options for the future.
Preparing students for their future career isn’t just about academic preparation. Trinity students are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of immersion days where they can explore pathway options in a wide range of industries. These opportunities help to give students a better understanding of what types of jobs and careers are available to them and the level of study or training required. Our secondary students are involved in a variety of programs from Try a Trade days to industry specific excursions whilst our year 10s will also be involved in the formal work experience program in Term 4.
In year 10, Trinity students have the opportunity to commence a VCE unit in partnership with Mildura Senior College. They can also commence vocational education studies through Mildura Regional Trade Training Centre (Deakin campus or Riverside campus) and Sunraysia TAFE.
